The Buies Creek Ladies Auxiliary attends scheduled training and dispatched calls to provide support to the staff and volunteers of Buies Creek Fire & Rescue.  These ladies are family members of our volunteers and staff who give their time to do the following:

• Supporting Firefighters: They provide food, drinks, and other necessities to firefighters at fire scenes, especially during long-lasting or large fires. 

​

• Fundraising: They organize events and activities to raise money for the supplies used by the Ladies Auxiliary fire department, which can be used for equipment, training, or other needs. Some of their fundraising events have been selling the Buies Creek Cookbook and the Ladies Auxiliary Community Yard Sale. 

​

• Community Outreach: They participate in community events, fire safety education programs, and other initiatives to raise awareness and build community support. 

​

• Supporting the Fire Department: They assist with various tasks, including helping at fire scenes, maintaining supplies, and providing support for training and events.
